Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Duluth East has hired Danna Anderson to be its head volleyball coach in the 2014 season, it was announced by the school's athletic department on Monday afternoon.

Anderson is currently attending Lake Superior College and has five years coaching experience, including serving as an assistant coach at Chisago Lakes and working this past year as the volunteer head coach of the University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) men's club team.

“Volleyball isn’t just about winning and losing but also about learning and having fun," she said. "With the support of the Duluth East community, family, and friends, we intend to do just that."
