For the fourth straight game, Duluth East had to play in overtime to decide their fate. Unlike the previous three contests, the Greyhounds came up short in their bid for a state title on Saturday night. Duluth East fell to Eden Prairie 3-2 in triple overtime. It was the longest championship game in the history of the MN State Boys Hockey Tournament, lasting 90 minutes, 43 seconds.
