Ely's Wes Snyder Named to All-Tournament Team

Ely, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Ely pitcher Wes Snyder was named Monday to the MSHSL Class A all-tournament baseball team, ending a fantastic farewell campaign for the Timberwolves senior.

Snyder pitched 6.1 innings in Ely's quarterfinal loss to Lac qui Parle Valley, allowing just two runs on three hits while striking out 13 batters.

The Timberwolves finished the year with a (21-5) overall record and as Class A consolation runners-up.
