Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The first session of the 10th annual University of Minnesota Duluth (UMD) football team camp came to close on Wednesday afternoon, and it concluded with the players' favorite drill --- "King of the Hill."

680 high school players from both Minnesota and Wisconsin gathered on the turf at Malosky Stadium, with Apple Valley eventually bringing home the camp trophy as "King of the Hill" champions.

The second session of UMD's team camp will run June 26-28, with the total number of players involved between the two sessions expected to exceed 1,300.
