Following Record, Broman Gets His Own Day

Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Duluth Mayor Don Ness proclaimed it "Anders Broman Day" in the city on Friday, that following the Lakeview Christian Academy senior setting the new all-time Minnesota boys' basketball scoring record on Thursday night.

Broman scored 42 points in his team's 100-87 win over Mesabi East, finishing that game with 4,122 career points and surpassing the old state record of 4,086.
