Former Greyhound Woodard to San Jacinto

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Former Duluth East basketball star Johnny Woodard has signed a national letter of intent to play with San Jacinto Community College, that according to the website of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).

The 6-foot-4 guard was injured for the first part of the 2011-12 season but came back to help the Greyhounds to a Section 7AA title and a (20-9) overall record.

He signed his official letter of intent on June 27 to play with the Gators team, which largely played home games last season in Pasadena, TX.

San Jacinto has three campuses in two cities across the state of Texas, those being in Pasadena and Houston.
