Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Former Duluth East standout Jake Randolph found a little bit of national television fame on Tuesday night when his shootout goal was used as the #4 play in ESPN SportsCenter's "Top 10."

Randolph used a move first made famous by NHLer Peter Forsberg, deking the goalie to one side of the net and then sliding the puck back across the crease and inside the opposite post.

The former Greyhound made the move on Dec. 14 while skating for Omaha in a United States Hockey League (USHL) game, and video of it can be seen here.

Through 27 games with Omaha this season, Randolph is tied for the team lead with 18 points coming on four goals and 14 assists. He has committed to play his college hockey at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
