Greyhounds Fall to Wildcats in AA Quarters

St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Max Elsenheimer scored two goals on Thursday night as the Eagan boys' hockey team earned a 3-0 win over Duluth East in the MSHSL Class AA quarterfinals at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minn.

Gunnar Howg made 27 saves for the Greyhounds in the loss, while Andrew Lindgren made 28 stops for the Wildcats to earn the shutout victory.

Duluth East will now move to the Class AA consolation bracket, with the Greyhounds' next game set for 12:00 p.m. Friday against Stillwater at Mariucci Arena in Minneapolis, Minn.
