Hawks Stay 2nd, 'Hounds Fall to 9th in Polls

(NNCNOW.com) --- The Hermantown boys' hockey team remains the top-ranked Northland team in this week's Let's Play Hockey poll, with the Hawks staying at the second position in Minnesota's Class A.

Duluth East, meanhile, is the top-ranked Northland team in Class AA even after the Greyhounds fell three spots to ninth in this week's poll.

The Proctor-Hermantown hockey team is the highest-ranked on the girls side of things, coming in 12th and followed closely at 14th by Hibbing-Chisholm.

Below are listed all the Northland teams involved in this week's rankings, excluding the Class AA girls because no Northland teams are included in the top 20.
