'Hounds, Hawks Top-Ranked Area Teams

(NNCNOW.com) --- The Duluth East boys' hockey team and the Hermantown boys' hockey team remain the top-ranked area teams in the new Let's Play Hockey poll, which was released on Wednesday afternoon.

The Greyhounds didn't move from last week's poll and remain third in Minnesota's Class AA, while the Hawks gained two spots to be third this week in Class A.

Proctor-Hermantown remains the top-ranked girls' hockey team in the area, coming in ninth this week in Minnesota's Class A.

Below are listed all the Northland teams listed in this week's Let's Play Hockey poll, with no area teams ranked in girls' Class AA.
