Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Duluth Denfeld and Duluth East softball teams each advanced to the Section 7AAA semifinals on Friday afternoon, keeping alive the possibility of an all-Duluth section final.
The Hunters beat North Branch 5-0 and the Greyhounds topped Anoka 2-1, with both those games being played in Duluth.
The teams now enter a double-elimination format in Section 7AAA, with a champion set to be decided May 30-31 in Forest Lake.
