Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- For the first time since 2000, the Duluth Denfeld girls' soccer team will make an appearance at the Class A State soccer tournament on Thursday after getting by Esko in a shootout to represent Section 7A.

The Hunters will face No. 2 seed Benilde-St. Margaret's on Thursday in the Class A quaterfinal at 7:30 p.m. at St. Louis Park High School.

Although Denfeld is the underdog headed into the game, head coach Ron Weber is hoping for the best.

"I think if we play our game and play our style of soccer, we can do some damage," said Weber. "If we breakout and play the way we play, we can have an impact."
