Lions Fall in First-Ever State Quarterfinal Game

Minneapolis, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Lakeview Christian Academy boy's basketball team fell 85-76 to #1-seed Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa on Thursday in the Class A quarterfinals.

The Lions were led by the 19 points of Bjorn Broman, and the team also got 18 points each from Anders Broman and Josh Plys.

This was the program's first-ever trip to the MSHSL state tournament, and the team finishes with a (25-6) overall record.
