MSHSL Softball to Move to Four Classes

Brooklyn Park, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Board of Directors voted unanimously on Thursday to approve a change from three classes to four in softball starting in the 2015 season.

The change is the first in the MSHSL softball structure since 2000, which the year the Board voted to move the sport from two classes to three.

The coming months will provide more information as to which schools will move up to the new Class AAAA and other movement for teams based on the Board's decision.
