Rangers Advance to Class A Semifinals

Minneapolis, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Mountain Iron-Buhl girl's basketball team won 50-31 over Sleepy Eye on Thursday, advancing to the MSHSL Class A semifinals.

The Rangers were led by the 13 points of Kathy Ostman, and they also got 10 points from both Sarah Overbye and Allie Knuti in the winning effort.

Mountain Iron-Buhl is now (30-1) this season and will play Friday at 12:00 p.m. in the MSHSL Class A semifinals. That game will be played at the Target Center in Minneapolis against either Minneota or Ada Borup.
