St. Paul, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Five players had multiple hits on Friday for the Grand Rapids baseball team, propelling the Thunderhawks to a 10-1 win over Totino-Grace in the MSHSL Class AAA semifinals.

Junior catcher Jake Bischoff led the way offensively, going 4-for-5 at the plate with four runs batted in, including the eventual game-winning in the fifth inning.

Grant Carlisle pitched all seven innings for the Thunderhawks, allowing just four hits and striking out seven batters.

Carlisle also went 3-for-4 at the plate, joining Bischoff as one of the five Grand Rapids players with a mult-hit performance. The three others were David Liebe, Reid Holum, and Hunter Shepard.

The Thunderhawks will now take on Eastview in the Class AAA semifinals, with that game set for 5:30 p.m. on Friday in St. Paul.
