Rebels Top 'Toppers, Win Seventh Straight 7AA Title

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- After falling behind 7-0 in the first minute, the Moose Lake-Willow River football team scored the next 40 points in a 40-7 win over Duluth Marshall at Public Schools Stadium in the Section 7AA championship.

The section title is the seventh straight for the Rebels, a program that has been the Class AA runner-up two of the past three seasons.

Moose Lake-Willow River's quarterfinal game in the MSHSL Class AA tournament is set for 8:00 p.m. on November 9 at St. Cloud State against the winner of Section 8AA.
