Spartans Knock Off Oredockers on Senior Night

Superior, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Superior girl's hockey team scored two goals early in the second period en route to a 6-2 home win over Ashland on Thursday night.

The game also marked senior night for the Spartans as the team honored its five outgoing players.

Kaitlyn Mergen, Kelsey Hansen, Jordan Buhr, Taylor Thompson, and Sarah Runser were all honored before the game at Superior Ice Arena.
