Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Esko girl's basketball team again just missed a spot in the MSHSL Class AA state tournament with a 68-58 double overtime loss to Braham on Thursday night.
The Bombers advance to their fourth straight state tournament and earn the chance to defend their 2011 state championship.
Rebekah Dahlman scored a game-high 37 points in the game for Braham, while Marisa Shady led Esko with 23 points in the losing effort.
Megan Reuer added 12 points for the Eskomos, and Savanna Trapp scored nine in the game.
Esko finishes the season with a (26-4) overall record.
