Superior's Burger Conquers Wind at Nemadji

Superior, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- Superior's Daniel Burger battled wind gusts of nearly 40 miles per hour on Wednesday afternoon, but he used 15 pars to shoot a 76 and win the Lake Superior Conference (LSC) Invitational at Nemadji Golf Course in Superior, Wis.

Duluth Marshall won the team boys' title on the day, shooting a team score of 342 to edge runners-up Superior and Hermantown with a score of 344.

There were no team results on the girls' side, but the individual girls' co-champions were Hermantown's Kalee Matusak and Cloquet's Arica Sheff, both with a score of 103.
