St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Grand Rapids senior Jamison Evans capped off a perfect season on Saturday with a 3-0 win over Benilde-St. Margaret's junior Christian DuLaney in the Minnesota State High School League (MSHSL) Class AA 182-pound wrestling championship.

Evans finishes his senior year with a (43-0) record after being beaten via fall in last year's MSHSL Class AA 182-pound championship as a junior.

The Thunderhawks senior has signed a national letter of intent to play NCAA Division II football next year with Bemidji State, but that commitment did not include wrestling.
