Thunderhawks' Spoden to Play for Saints

Grand Rapids, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Grand Rapids senior forward Mike Spoden will play for St. Scholastica next season, it was announced Wednesday by Saints head coach David Staniger.

Spoden played in three straight MSHSL state tournaments with the Thunderhawks and this season averaged 9.7 points and 7.3 rebounds.

St. Scholastica finished with a (13-13) overall record in the 2011-12 season.
