'Toppers Top Bombers in 7A Opening Round

Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Duluth Marshall baseball team topped Barnum 9-3 on Wednesday afternoon, advancing to the second round of the Section 7A playoffs.

The Hilltoppers jumped out to a 5-0 lead in the first two innings, helping them to the win and a spot in the section quarterfinals.

Duluth Marshall improves to (8-11) this year with the win, while Barnum ends the season with an overall record of (9-9).
