Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Virginia senior Joey Skaudis and junior Tom Prittinen lost twice on Friday morning at the MSHSL Class A boys' tennis tournament and will bring home fourth place from this year's doubles bracket at the Read-Sweatt Tennis Center in Minneapolis, Minn.

The Blue Devils team first lost 6-2, 6-3 to Jake Duxbury and Austin Wong of Breck in the semifinals before then dropping the third place match 7-5, 6-2 to David Turlington and Nico Villarraga of Rochester Lourdes.

Also competing in the MSHSL Class A doubles bracket were Scott Perunovich and Jake Jolowsky, with that pairing winning once and losing once on Friday to fall just short of claiming the consolation championship.

Duluth Marshall's Jack Dodd was the only Northland player in the MSHSL Class A singles bracket, and he lost on Friday morning in the consolation semifinals.
