Duluth, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Savanna Trapp has been forced to the sidelines recently with a foot injury, but the Esko girls' basketball team continued its success without her with a 75-45 win over Eveleth-Gilbert on Saturday in the Section 7AA semifinals at Romano Gymnasium in Duluth, Minn.

With the UCLA recruit watching from the bench, the Eskomos used a dominant second half to turn a 12-point halftime lead into a 30-point victory.

Esko's next game will be against Milaca in the Section 7AA semifinals, with that game set for 6:00 p.m. on March 5 at Romano Gymnasium.

The other semifinal will pit International Falls against Braham, and that will be played at 7:45 p.m. on March 5 at Romano Gymnasium.
