    Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Virginia's Brylee Seitz fell in the MSHSL Class A girls' tennis championship to finish as runner-up while the Eveleth-Gilbert doubles team of Katelyn Rice and Cora Delich came home in fourth place on Friday.

    Cloquet, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Eveleth-Gilbert senior Reed Melicher ran a time of 16:34 on Thursday afternoon to win the Section 7A boys' cross country championship, while Proctor finished with three runners in the top 10 to take home the team title.

    Princeton, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Duluth East girls' cross country team finished with four runners in the top 20 on Thursday afternoon, good enough to earn the Greyhounds runner-up honors in Section 7AA and a spot in the MSHSL Class AA meet on Nov. 1.
