Bucks Stay at 12th Pick in NBA Draft Lottery

Milwaukee, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Milwaukee Bucks stayed put with the 12th pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, moving neither up nor down after the annual draft lottery.

The Bucks finished the year (31-35) in the lockout-shortened season, and the team had only a 0.7 percent chance of moving up to the number one overall selection.

The Minnesota Timberwolves, meanwhile, were not directly involved in the lottery after trading the team's pick to Los Angeles, which then traded the pick to New Orleans.

The Timberwolves do have a first-round pick in the 2012 NBA Draft, picking 18th overall with a selection received in a trade with Utah.
