Doumit, Deduno Lead Twins Past Brewers

Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Ryan Doumit hit a two-run double in the first inning and Samuel Deduno pitched seven strong innings on Wednesday night as the Minnesota Twins earned a 4-1 win over the Milwaukee Brewers.

Eight Minnesota players recorded a hit in the winning effort, with rookie outfielder Aaron Hicks hitting a home run for the second time in as many games for the Twins.

Minnesota improves to (22-28) with the win while Milwaukee falls to (19-32) after the loss. Those two teams will close out the four-game series on May 30 at 7:10 p.m. at Target Field.
