Madison, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- Five players from the Wisconsin football team have been voted by Big Ten Conference coaches onto the all-Big Ten first team, which was announced on Monday night.
Running back Montee Ball, wide receiver Jared Abbrederis, offensive tackle Rick Wagner, tight end Jacob Peterson, and linebacker Chris Borland were the five Badgers bestowed with first team honors.
Another Wisconsin player was given second team honors when the all-conference list came out Monday, that being offensive guard Ryan Groy.
The Badgers also had nine players receive honorable mention, along with Minnesota Golden Gophers cornerback Michael Carter.
All of the 2012 all-Big Ten Conference honorees from Wisconsin and Minnesota are listed below.
