Landover, MD (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Brad Childress is out, Leslie Frazier in, Brett Favre reportedly has a case of pneumonia, and Adrian Peterson left the game with an ankle injury.

None of it matters when you win.

The Minnesota Vikings got off the mat after last week's embarrassing loss to Green Bay with a 17-13 win over the Washington Redskins Sunday.

Peterson was able to score a touchdown before leaving the game in the second quarter with an apparent ankle injury. He never returned to the game, but his replacement did just fine.

Rookie Toby Gerhart scored his first touchdown as a professional, and Brett Favre did just enough, including a first-down scramble late in the game, to get the win.

With the win, the Vikings snap a 9-game road losing streak dating back to last season, and move to (4-7) on the season.
