Milwaukee, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- In his first start since being arrested on a drunken driving charge, Yovani Gallardo homered and then struck out six to lead the Milwaukee Brewers over San Francisco, 7-2 on Thursday.

The Brewers completed the three-game sweep with help from Ryan Braun and Jonathan Lucroy who both homered. Gallardo gave up only five hits and one earned run in six innings for Milwaukee. It was the first time the Brewers swept the Giants since July 18-20, 2008.

Milwaukee (6-8) will host the Cubs on Friday at 7:10 p.m. who have now won four in a row.
