H'town's LeBlanc Recalled by Blackhawks

Chicago, IL (NNCNOW.com) --- Hermantown, Minn. native Drew LeBlanc was one of 12 players to be recalled on Tuesday afternoon by the Chicago Blackhawks, the team announced.

The former Hawks standout is in his first full year of professional hockey, recording seven goals and 15 assists this year in 76 games with Rockford of the American Hockey League (AHL).

In college, LeBlanc was named the 2013 recipient of the Hobey Baker Award after amassing 42 goals and 105 assists in 171 career games with the St. Cloud State Huskies.

Chicago is currently down 2-1 in a best-of-seven first-round playoff series against St. Louis, with game four scheduled for Wednesday night.
