Atlanta, GA (NNCNOW.com) --- Milwaukee, who was without starters Brandon Jennings and Larry Sanders, blew a 19-point lead early in the second half to lose 109-104 to Atlanta on Friday night.
Jeff Teague and Josh Smith each scored 24 points and the Hawks used a 13-0 run in the fourth quarter to take the lead. Atlanta moved one-half game ahead of Chicago for fifth place in the Eastern Conference.
Monta Ellis led the Bucks with 27 points and 17 assists, and Ersan Ilyasova scored 25 points in a losing effort.
Milwaukee continues their road trip when they travel to Charlotte on Saturday, April 13 to take on the Bobcats at 6:00 p.m.
