Jefferson Scores 40, 'Wolves Fall to Jazz

Salt Lake City, UT (NNCNOW.com) --- J.J. Barea scored 23 points off the bench for Minnesota, but the Utah's Al Jefferson notched 40 points, 13 rebounds, and six assists to lead the Jazz over the Timberwolves, 107-100.

Ricky Rubio finished with 13 points while Greg Stiemsma and Luke Ridnour each added 10 points for the 'Wolves. It's the third straight loss for Minnesota, all on the road.

The Timberwolves return home to host Phoenix on Saturday, April 13 at 7:00 p.m. Head Coach Rick Adelman will be honored in a pre-game ceremony for his 1,000th career win last week.
