Lohse Falls to his Former Team, Brewers Lose

St. Louis, MO (NNCNOW.com) --- Kyle Lohse lost to his former team for the third straight time this season as his Brewers fell to the Cardinals 4-2 on Sunday afternoon.

Lohse, who was an ace for St. Louis last year, gave up four runs in six innings and is 0-4 in his last five starts.

Yuniesky Betancourt and Jeff Bianchi each knocked in a run and Norichika Aoki had three hits for Milwaukee.

John Gast won his second straight start and David Freese had an RBI in a four-run fourth inning for the Cardinals in the win.

The Brewers (17-25) begin an eight-game home stand Monday as they face the Dodgers at 7:10 p.m.
