NHL Cancels Preseason Schedules through Sept. 30

New York (Northland's NewsCenter) - -The National Hockey League announced that the 2012 preseason schedules have been cancelled through September 30.

Additionally, the 2012 Kraft Hockeyville preseason game, set for October 3 in Belleville, Ontario, has also been postponed to 2013.

The cancellation of the schedule was due to the absence of a Collective Bargaining Agreement between the NHL Players' Association and the NHL.
