Green Bay, WI (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Green Bay Packers worked their way into the playoffs the hard way, but they did get there.
Aaron Rodgers and the Packers held on for a slim 10-3 win against Chicago in the regular season finale, a game Green Bay had to have to clinch a spot in the NFC playoffs.
Rodgers threw a fourth quarter touchdown to Donald Lee, and safety Nick Collins picked off Jay Cutler on the Bears final drive to seal the victory on a chilly day at Lambeau Field.
With the win, the Packers earned the NFC's #6 seed and will travel to Philadelphia next Sunday for a matchup with Michael Vick and the #3 seeded Eagles.
That game is set to kickoff at 3:30 CST, and if Green Bay wins they will head to Atlanta to take on the #1 seeded Falcons.
