Packers Fall to Chiefs in Final Tuneup

Kansas City, MO (NNCNOW.com) --- Kansas City used a big night from the leg of Ryan Succop, and Tyler Bray added three touchdowns as the Chiefs rolled over the Green Bay Packers 30-8 on Thursday night for their final preseason game.

Vince Young had two fumbles for the Packers, and B.J. Coleman threw an interception as many of the Packers starters sat out.

Jonathan Franklin led the Green Bay rushing attack with 23 yards on eight carries. James Starks added 14 yards on 3 attempts. Jeremy Ross finished with 3 catches for 50 yards.

Mason Crosby nailed a 48-yard field goal in the first quarter and added a 45-yard field in the second quarter to finish 2 for 2.

The Packers open up the regular season on Sunday, Sept. 8 at 3:25 p.m. against the 49ers at Candlestick Park.
