Peralta Hit Hard, Brewers Drop Series to LA

Milwaukee, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- Milwaukee starting pitcher Wily Peralta allowed six runs on seven hits across just 1.2 innings on Wednesday afternoon, helping the Brewers to a 9-2 loss to Los Angeles at Miller Park.

Peralta drops to (3-5) this season for the Brewers, with his earned run average now sitting at 6.45.

Nori Aoki was the offensive leader for Milwaukee, hitting 2-for-4 at the plate with a run scored in the losing effort. Every other Brewers' starter except for Peralta and Jeff Bianchi had one hit in the game.

Milwaukee is now (18-27) this 2013 season will next be in action at 7:10 p.m. on May 24 at home against Pittsburgh.
