Qualifying Races Heat up before Elimination Sunday at BIR

Brainerd, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) -- The Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals are heating up before the final elimination races at the Brainerd International Raceway.

Wright, Minnesota Native, Jason Line, and Denfeld Hall of Famer, Greg Anderson of Duluth took part in the two day qualifying rounds on Friday and Saturday.

Anderson qualified in the fifth position and will race against the number 12 seed, Mark Martino.

Line qualified in the ninth position and will race against the number eight seed, Ronnie Humphrey.

Eliminations begin Sunday morning at 11 a.m.
