Chicago, IL (NNCNOW.com) --- The Green Bay Packers earned a second straight NFC North championship on Sunday afternoon, clinching the title with a 21-13 win over their oldest and fiercest rival, the Chicago Bears.
Aaron Rodgers completed 23-of-36 passes for the Packers, going for 291 yards and three touchdowns in the winning effort.
Randall Cobb was the team's leading receiver, catching six balls for 115 yards. All three touchdowns, though, went to James Jones as he finished with five catches for 60 yards.
Green Bay has now won its last six games against Chicago and improves its overall record this season to (10-4) with the victory.
