Former Superior Spartan hockey star Mike Sislo has signed a two-year contract with the New Jersey Devils. Sislo was the captain with New Hampshire, and will begin his professional career in the minors.

During his time with the New Hampshire Wildcats, he recorded 116 points in 154 career games, which spanned over four seasons. He also played for the Spartans in high school, and helped Superior win a state championship in 2004.

Following his prep career, Sislo played for the Green Bay Gamblers in the USHL.

This season, Sislo had 48 points, as UNH went (22-11-6) overall and competed in the NCAA tournament.
