Duluth, MN (Northland's NewsCenter) --- The Minnesota Wild spent three days in the Northland in early October, and practiced twice at the new AMSOIL Arena in Duluth.
That, however, was not the first time the franchise has spent time in this part of the state. In 2001, the team held practices at the DECC arena and even held a scrimmage.
On this week's Sammy's Pizza Turn Back the Clock feature, Tom Hansen looks back at the training camp for the 2001 Minnesota Wild.
