Twins Capitalize on Errors, Beat the Indians

Minneapolis, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- For the first time in a month, Kevin Correia won a start, and the Twins offense capitalized on two Cleveland errors to sneak by the Indians 3-2 on Saturday night for their fourth straight win.

Correia (7-6) pitched six innings, giving up a two-run homer while striking out three.

Chris Colabello notched his first major league RBI in the sixth, and Clete Thomas beat the throw to first to score Ryan Doumit and put the Twins ahead.

Glen Perkins pitched the ninth for his 23rd save in 25 chances.

Minnesota (41-53) will go for the sweep against Cleveland (51-46) on Sunday at 1:10 p.m.
