The Minnesota Twins shutout the L.A. Angels on Sunday night, 4-0 to win the series two games to one. It also capped off a home stand, which produced 7 victories for the Twins out of nine games.
Michael Cuddyer hit a 3-run double, and pitcher Scott Baker threw seven shutout innings for the victory.
Minnesota holds a five game lead over the Chicago White Sox in the AL Central standings. The Twins begin a series against Texas in Arlington on Monday night.
