Green Bay, WI (NNCNOW.com) --- Green Bay backup quarterback Matt Flynn helped the Packers erase a 16-point deficit against Minnesota before the two team played to a 26-6 tie in overtime on Sunday at Lambeau Field.
Mason Crosby put the Packers ahead with a 20-yard field goal in OT before Blair Walsh answered for the Vikings with a 35-yard FG.
The Vikings led 23-7 at the beginning of the fourth quarter before the Packers started their comeback. Eddie Lacy scored from three yards out and Flynn threw a six-yard score to Jarrett Boykin before Crosby tied the game at 23 with 46 seconds left in the game.
Christian Ponder completed 21-of-30 passes for 233 yards and a touchdown. Adrian Peterson finished with 146 yards on the ground and a score while Toby Gerhart racked up 91 yards.
Green Bay starter Scott Tolzien was just 7-of-17 for 98 yards. Matt Flynn was 21-of-36 in relief for 218 yards and a touchdown.
Minnesota (2-8-1) hosts Chicago next Sunday while Green Bay (5-5-1) travels to Detroit.
