St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- The Minnesota Wild has re-signed forward Stephane Veilleux to a two-year, two-way contract, the team announced on Wednesday afternoon.

The 31-year-old Veilleux tallied three goals and five assists in 33 games during the 2012-13 season while playing for Houston in the American Hockey League, and he also played in two games of Minnesota's first-round playoff series against Chicago.

Originally acquired by the Wild from New Jersey in a February 2012 trade, Veilleux has 46 goals and 55 assists in 460 career NHL games with three separate franchises.
