Wild's Rupp Suspended for 4 Games After Hit

St. Paul, MN (NNCNOW.com) --- Minnesota Wild forward Mike Rupp has been suspended for four games without pay after he illegally hit St. Louis Blues forward T.J. Oshie in the head on Thursday night; the National Hockey League's Department of Player Safety announced.

Rupp will miss the team's final regular season game and the first three of the playoffs. He will also forfeit nearly $8,000. The money will go to the Players' Emergency Assistance Fund.
