Oakland, CA (NNCNOW.com) --- For the second time in 19 seasons, the Golden State Warriors are heading to the playoffs after routing Minnesota 105-89 on Tuesday night.

The Timberwolves were led by Chase Budinger who had 17 points and six rebounds off the bench and Andrei Kirilenko who finished with 15 points. But the Warriors were too much to handle at home. Klay Thompson scored 25 of his 30 points in the first half and Stephen Curry added 24 points and 10 assists.

The loss drops the Wolves to (29-48) on the season. Minnesota travels to Los Angeles next to take on the Clippers on Wednesday at 9:30 p.m.
