Manchester, England (Northland's NewsCenter) --- Minnesota Timberwolves forward Kevin Love scored six points and had three rebounds on Thursday as the United States cruised to a 118-78 exhibition win over Great Britain.
Love played over 15 minutes in the contest, that following his being used for just over five minutes in an exhibition against the Dominican Republic.
Deron Williams led the Americans with 25 points, while LeBron James, Russell Westbrook, and Carmelo Anthony all dropped 24 in the winning effort.
Love, a four-year player with Minnesota, will be competing in his first-ever Olympic Games, but he did win a gold medal with the United States at the 2010 World Championships.
The Americans start play at the 2012 London Olympics on July 29 agaisnt France. Other teams in the United States' group are Tunisia, Nigeria, Lithuania, and Argentina.
